If you do need to make an exchange, we are happy to offer store credit to help you find an alternative you love. Please reach out to us for approval before sending anything back. Approved exchanges must be shipped within 7 business days of delivery and must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging, completely free of any scents, such as perfume or smoke.

Please note that buyers cover return shipping costs. Items that do not meet our condition criteria will be returned to you without an exchange. While we securely include a tracking number with every package we ship out for your peace of mind, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
